Answer: Hardware Technical Support is available as long as you own your Toshiba notebook.

With regard to warranty of your notebook, the following options are available:

Pick-Up and Return (1 or 3 years depending on the model or if applicable the suitable warranty enhancement) hardware warranty endeavours to ensure the pick-up, repair and return of your notebook within five business days (subject to spare parts availability etc.), following telephone based troubleshooting.
  2. Next Business Day On-Site (1 or 3 years depending on the model or if applicable the suitable warranty enhancement) hardware warranty provides a qualified technician at your location, following telephone based troubleshooting.

Please note the above services are subject to the successful registration of the standard warranty entitlement for the model of notebook and if applicable successful registration of any relevant purchased warranty enhancements.

Question: What warranty is offered on Reconditioned products?

Answer: One years warranty is available on Reconditioned TVs and Laptops.
